Tony founded the company, building it into what it is today together with his wife Kelly and with the occasional assistance of his children. Originally setting up an office in his Myakka City home, he now employs a team of diligent, knowledgeable real estate agents. His objectives are to guarantee the protection of his clients and the seamlessness of each transaction they enter into.
Tony also works as a paramedic for the Sarasota Fire Department when he is not working with his agents and clients. A veteran of the Army who served as a medic, Tony leverages his experiences and hard work in these disciplines to protect and assist his clients. He also aims to provide superior service by completing his studies in real estate and developing a network of professionals.

Aby excels in all types of real estate, and her passion is helping people. Her understanding of excellent client services stems from her extensive professional background. Prior to earning her real estate license in 2005, along with her college degree that focuses on business and engineering, Aby was the head of purchasing, inventory, and quality assurance for an OEM medical and aerospace manufacturing company. Known by her clients and fellow realtors for her tenacity, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail, as a full-time realtor, she is also appreciated for her quick response to her client’s needs.
Aby has been an avid horse rider and owner since the age of eight; her husband Bill is a local farrier/horse-shoer, and they are very active within the horse community. The Brooks family resides on their small ranch in East Manatee/Myakka.

Francesca relocated from Padova, Italy, to Bradenton, Florida in the early 1990s. She attended Bradenton Academy and Bollettieri Tennis Academy. A resident of Manatee County for nearly three decades, she has seen it expand into a booming metropolis with various small-town districts.
She loved real estate as a child. Her family’s real estate in the U.S. and Italy taught her that purchasing and selling property is an art; this love became her career. She’s a top agent and multimillionaire producer. She helps clients in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria, and Sarasota sell or find properties, and understand market prices and trends. She also supports international buyers and sellers in both Italian and English.
Francesca’s great uncle, Tropicana® Orange Juice founder Anthony T. Rossi, influenced her as a child and in her career. His belief in making a difference in the community and its citizens, along with respecting and listing others, is something she carries with her and applies in every aspect of her life. This belief in helping others led her to become a Florida licensed EMT, and work in both private and public ambulances for over ten (10) years while attending college.
Keiser University awarded her a BA in Business Administration with minors in Biology and Health Services Administration. In the mid-2000s, she led the Manatee County EMS Auxiliary, supporting those in need. Working in healthcare has taught her how to actively listen to ensure she understands her clients’ needs and goals. She enjoys helping, spending time with her family, and traveling.

Bill is a local firefighter and emergency medical technician, and he is quite involved in the town where he lives. He is a combat-wounded veteran who was awarded a Purple Heart for his service as an Army Airborne Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment of the United States Army. Because he formerly worked as a firefighter and an EMT, in addition to his role as plant manager for an international metals firm, Bill possesses the expertise, the attention to detail, and the willingness to go above and beyond for his customers.

I am a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Education. I’ve taught middle
school social studies and math for 25 years. As well as teaching, I also served as a Guidance
Director for 14 years with the Broward County Public Schools in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. My
passion and commitment to help others lead me to work part-time in real estate within the
Southeast Florida area.
After visiting the west coast of Florida for several years, my wife and I decided to purchase a
home in Bradenton and eventually become full time residents. As I continue my real estate

Originally from Pennsylvania, Chuck moved to North Pole Alaska in 1995 where he retired from the US Air Force in 2009. Chuck then Started and operated a residential Heating Business and later joined the Dwyer Group with the Purchase of Aire Serv Heating and Air and also Mr. Rooter Plumbing. After Maintaining Homes in the Fairbanks/North Pole area for 12 Years he turned his focus to real estate. His time in the service and the service industry provided him with unique skills and knowledge that he is able to use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. Chuck is now Dual Licensed in Alaska and Florida, and really enjoys working with clients especially Veterans and offers several VA options for qualified Buyers and Sellers. Chuck’s clients often describe him as detail-oriented and proactive. Chuck still travels between North Pole AK and Florida and enjoys playing golf and riding his motorcycle all year.
